The office is in Istanbul, at the crossing point between the producing mills of the CIS and the buyers of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. That position is what lets us move from an enquiry to a firm offer quickly, and to hold a shipment together when a route has to change.

Process
How we work
01
Enquiry
You send the position, the grade or standard, the volume and the destination. Anything you already know narrows the offer.

Offer
We come back with availability from the mills in the network, price, lead time and the delivery terms that fit the route.
03
Contract
Specification, tolerances, inspection, packing, payment and shipping terms are fixed in writing before anything is booked.
04
Production and inspection
The lot is produced to the agreed specification and released against the mill certificate; third-party inspection on request.
05
Shipment
Sea, rail or road, or a combination of them. Documents follow the shipment so customs clearance is not waiting on us.
06
Delivery
Handover on the agreed terms, with one point of contact from the first enquiry through to the last document.
